About Me
I am passionate about supporting adolescents to build their mental health, resilience and strengths. My coaching focuses on increasing my clients self awareness, self acceptance and well being, empowering individuals to thrive. I offer a coaching style that supports neurodivergent clients. Drawing from my lived experience and professional journey, I understand the importance of meeting every individual's unique needs. I create the optimal conditions for coaching success by supporting clients to identify and leverage their personal strengths.
My approach is founded on the belief that every individual can reach their highest potential with the right knowledge, tools and support. I am dedicated to helping my clients to navigate challenges, achieve success and promote long lasting well-being.
My Background
Following a successful 25 year career in retail management with the John Lewis Partnership, I have chosen to focus on the most fulfilling aspects of my career - supporting, coaching and developing individuals. Throughout my time, in a leadership position. I mentored colleagues at different stages of their professional journeys, observing them unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Inspired by the impact of these experiences, I have pursued formal training and am now a qualified and accredited coach, dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals to thrive.
